There are 3 main types of home
insurance.
First one is building insurance policies. You have to deal with it only
if you own the real estate. If you only rent the placement your
landlord is obliged to have a building insurance policies. If you take
a mortgage to buy the house then you lender will demand this kind of
insurance from you. It will protect both of you in case if the property
suffers severe damage. If you are one and only property owner it's up
to you what kind of insurance policy to take. Content insurance
policies deals with everything that you keep in your house. It includes
everything from technical equipment to umbrella. At first sight one
might think that all your possessions will never cost more than the
house itself. But insensibly the value of possessions you have in your
home grows. If you have some especially expensive things (antique items
for example) consult your agent if they need to be insured
individually. The last kind of home insurance is Building and Contents
insurance policy that combines both types. |
